exchange, so our relationships stay mutually respectful, we ask our clients to keep the following guidelines in mind.
Valid charge/credit card required to book appointments. American Express cards not accepted.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment charged half price of all services booked. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late than scheduled appointment time are automatically cancelled and charged full price of all services booked.
No shows, appointments cancelled within less than 1-hour prior to scheduled appointment time, appointments cancelled on arrival
Charged in full for all services booked. Future appointments booked will have to be pre-paid.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in, sign-offs on any consent forms, use of restroom, getting settled.
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late. Regular service prices will apply.
Only clients receiving service allowed in shampoo & color processing station seats, and cut-style-color-treatment-extensions station seats. Exception: clients with a disability.
Groupon discount coupons
Only 3 of our 10 stylists | colorists | technicians accept work from clients using Groupon discount coupons. So, we have to schedule appointments for clients using Groupon coupons only when one of these 3 is available. If this is inconvenient for you, please call our Reception to discuss what options we can offer.
Regretfully, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
To maintain a tranquil and stress-free experience for all, we request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct conversations outside the salon.
Taxes & Gratuities
Taxes and gratuities are not included in service prices, and are extra. Standard gratuities guidelines: 20% – 25% each per service charge to the appropriate different stylist | colorist | technician + $5 each to a shampoo and other assistant.
Alcohol, food & beverages
No alcohol allowed; we do not have a liquor license. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water. No outside food & beverages allowed; we have to comply with government sanitation rules.
Acceptable forms of payment
Cash, most credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Discovery), debit cards, salon gift certificates. American Express not accepted. Checks not accepted.
Services refunds and make-goods , exchange & return products
Available within 10 days of original purchase for free make-goods or full refunds.
Children 12-years and under need a supervising parent or guardian to be present, in the salon, with them. Abusive, discourteous, disruptive people of any age are not welcome in our salon.

- The email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages of our website are accessed or visited, and any information voluntarily provided.

- Create a better and more effective experience for our clients and prospects, e.g., understanding typical navigational patterns helps us improve website flow and efficiency.
- Send you text and/or e-mail messages to confirm your appointments and bookings of services.
- Communicate with you via phone, postal mail or email about relevant salon news and any questions we have for you.
We use the latest encryption technologies to keep your personal information safe. Your private ordering information – including your credit card number – is encrypted using several keys for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system (256 bit SSL encryption), and the numbers are unreadable to anyone trying to access the site remotely. The credit card information necessary to authorize an account is not stored by our systems, and is only in use long enough to complete the associated transaction. The last four (4) digits of the credit card number are stored with transaction information for identification purposes. We have implemented the requisite physical, electronic, and managerial processes to prevent unauthorized access, and maintain data security.
